While we know we need to exercise to keep ourselves healthy on a regular basis, finding time to exercise in the middle of a trip can be a little tricky. However, it is very important. When we go out of the house, it is important to keep ourselves healthy in everything. Anshuka Parwani, the trainer of many Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor wrote about it, “You’re a lazy potato and you get those vacations? I promise you – here it is – a quick and easy exercise – you can do it anywhere, anytime. It instantly lifts you up and is a great way to get the blood flowing.

Staying healthy through a trip is important, she added – “Fun fact – when we’re away from home, it’s always a good idea to follow an exercise routine that helps you stay fit and on track. Dedicating some time to a quick routine will help you in the long run. You won’t break your regular pace, and it helps you relax, reduce stress, and maintain energy levels. Anshuka implemented a workout routine that can be followed while travelling:
Jumping Jacks: 1-2 minutes
Spine and shoulder movement: 10 times
Squats: 10 times
Jump squats: 10 repetitions
Inch worms: 10 times
Headstand: 1-2 minutes
However, doing a headstand for about 1 or 2 minutes may be too difficult for some people. For them, Anshuka suggested they replace it with a few planks of 30 seconds each. Anshuka’s proven workouts help keep the body fit and flexible. And stronger. It helps in increasing blood flow throughout the body and helps in relaxation.
