If you are flying to your vacation destination, book a flight through these airports to get there.
Forbes Advisor’s new rankings determine the best and worst airports for vacation travel. Three California destinations were deemed the “best” airports for traveling during the busiest time of year.
Long Beach, Sacramento International and Oakland International were on the list of “best” airports.
The rankings were based on customer complaints, flight delays and cancellations, mishandled baggage, recent increases in ticket fares and other key metrics.
The researchers included the country’s top 100 busiest airports in the ranking. According to the study, the lower the airport was rated, the better it was.
Other California airports on the list:
7Th: San Francisco International Airport
39Th: Fresno Yosemite International Airport is connected to General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
47Th: Los Angeles International Airport
51St: Palm Springs International Airport
73rd: John Wayne Airport is connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas and Miami International Airport in Miami, Florida

A press release from AAA said about 771,000 people will use air travel to get to their destinations during the holidays.
