This year we are proud to present another limited edition of the unique dark mode coffee table book “Who’s Who of The Industry”, which is listed in the World Book of Records, London and whose success stories we We hand-pick people who have made a lasting impression in their respective industries and emerged as winning leaders.

The brave ones Douglas DiSanti did what few in corporate America dare to do – leave a high-profile job to make a difference in people’s lives!

For nearly a decade, Douglas managed commercial real estate portfolios valued at over $1 billion for leading multinational banks. But it wasn’t enough. “I have always believed that capitalism can be used to lift people out of poverty. I wanted to pursue my dream of changing people’s lives and leaving the world a little better than I found it – by using innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to provide vital necessities like clean water, food and electricity only in the US , but worldwide.”

Douglas therefore founded his first company – Neon Bloom Inc., which brought innovations that could change the world, followed by GrassRoots Advisory LLC – to invest, scale and bring to market innovations that would help farmers , produce more food and reduce water and electricity consumption.

He is also Managing Partner at Vortex Estate Fund, Managing Director at Chestnut Hill Ventures and Managing Director at Seven P Capital.

Douglas’ dream of creating a better world can be traced back to his childhood. He grew up in New York in a very close-knit family. Growing up, his passion was sports and being part of teams that worked together to achieve their goals and dreams. In these early years he learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, responsibility and sacrifice for the greater good.

He attended college at Brockport with a degree in finance and played four years of varsity soccer where he was fortunate enough to be captain of the team for several years. He received his MBA from Texas A&M – Commerce with a concentration in Finance.

In 2011, Douglas began his career at some of the largest banks in New York City and in 2015 he founded his first company – Neon Bloom Inc. The company focused on investing and bringing to market innovations that could change the world and improve the lives of families everywhere. They acquired numerous companies around the world before taking the company public through a reverse merger.

After the public offering was completed, Douglas began GrassRoots Advisory LLC, an ESG Impact M&A and advisory firm. Their investment strategy focuses on green projects that also benefit the environment in the long term.

“What allows our company to stand out from the crowd is our ability to bring young companies to market. We did this through the public and private markets. Assisting these companies in preparing Reg A+ offering statements to register securities and secure the necessary capital to expand their business.”

What about the challenges he faces, we ask him? “The most important ingredient for success is pursuing your life purpose and passion. When your business is aligned with these ingredients, you can withstand the challenges. As an entrepreneur, it is also important to have a support system, whether it be family or close friends. I am fortunate to have a supportive family that I can rely on no matter what difficulties come my way.” To find out more about Douglas, visit https://whoswho.world/ or email us Email address. As an emerging leader, Douglas leaves a message for our readers: “Too many people measure their success by how much money they make or the people they are associated with.” In my opinion, true success should be measured by how happy you are. Always invest in yourself and continue to learn new skills that expand your knowledge base. Never tie your success to materialistic things and you will find your purpose on this planet that will lead to your happiness and fulfillment.”
